I should have been a farmer. I love the smell of hay, and horse - TopicsExpress

I should have been a farmer. I love the smell of hay, and horse and cow manure dont bother me at all. My grandparents were farmers. Most of my relatives are still active in that endeavor. And to top it off, I located a short video which pulled at my heart strings. It shows how broomcorn was planted, cultivated, harvested, and threshed back in the 50s and 60s. That was how I earned the money that I used to spend on foolishness when I was still a kid. This first part starts by showing a bag of seed. The antique tractor and planter combo (actually quite advanced for the 1950s and 60s) shows how the planting was done. Notice how carefully the tractor is turned and then set for the next rows. Not an inch that can be used to grow the corn is missed. Oh, by the way, dont expect any sound. Theyre all silent.
