I should have posted this a few days ago when I heard of the death of Joe Cocker but I got wrapped up. This is one of my favorite Joe Cocker performances from director Michael Wadleighs fantastic documentary Woodstock: Three Days of Peace & Music. Pardon the low video quality but I especially love Wadleighs use of split screen in this film and though this is not my favorite concert film (that honor goes to Gimme Shelter) the film is worthwhile and Cocker is fantastically passionate.
