I should not really be surprised by the brilliance of this film...since I know the man behind this film and his capabilities as a film-maker...but despite all that...this deserves a special mention since this was his first attempt at a suspense thriller...and i can state one thing for sure...it absolutely does not seem so The plot is smart and gripping...the performances are natural and realistic...a film made on a modest budget like this can easily compete with a mainstream venture in terms of execution Last but not the least...the cinematography is amazing...I still cannot get the play on lights and shadows in one of the final sequences out of my head...also the beginning credit sequence was an absolute visual treat Overall...another amazing effort by Tathagata Ghosh PS: Eibaar credits-e naamta thikthak hoyeche amaar :D
