I showed several homes this morning and in came the rain, and about time! Not only do we need it desperately, but I love the rain. One if the reasons I moved to Oregon was to be closer to the rain. And this was one of the driest years ever, go figure! So where are you? Did you move into the home of your dreams, take advantage of historically low rates? Or are you still waiting for something? Well, SOMETHING!! Rates are steadily moving up to higher levels, inventory is dwindling, and buyer/seller activity is ebbing. So...WHERE ARE YOU?
