I signed up and GW paid the 10 grand plus that it cost for me to participate in the program with the only stipulation that I complete the courses and become MCSE for what reason would i have ever signed up if not for that. Welllll. I started and in a month I took the 1st of 8 Microsoft tests required to become fully certified. when you pass the 1st test you are MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional). I updated my resume to add my new MCP certification and then posted my resume to the sites that I had been on. within 3 hours of the posting my phone started to ring and email started hitting my box with job offers and all that changed in my life was reading 1 book, doing a few labs and taking the test. I didnt know any more than i did before i started because the subject was windows XP which i had known and had been running and supporting for a few years. Yet...here come the job offers...i turned them all down and finished the program and 30 days after totally completing the program i had 7 interviews lined up including the 1 that led to me getting the job i have now.
