I signed up in Dec. and was not made aware of this available upgrade. You get well over $300.00 worth of products, and a nicer bag to carry all your Campaign Brochures in, sales tickets, products,etc. The box in its self is a high quality box, very useful for a display if you decide to do a career day at a high school or college. This video will show all of the many amazing products you will get when you pay just $100.00 which includes the $15.00 registration fee. You can sell the products, give away all the samples, or use them in displays on a table for career day or you can use the products yourself. In the Deluxe Start up kit, you get a rediculous amount of products but I would go ahead and do the upgrade because you will only be offered this once, right when you first start up your new Avon business.
