I simply cannot believe this BUT OUR PHONE LINE ONE... 774-1880... will NOT allow me to pick it up and talk!!! It just sounds completely dead for the past few days! My line TWO(7942691) is supposed to be the line 774-1880 rolls over to when line one is busy! We are having folks have to call our roll over number to reach us!!! I cannot express enough how very sorry and frustrated I am with Verizon and TWC and their lovely bundle!! I have had nothing but trouble since I signed on with them and I am so angry right now! 794-2692 is the FAX line...the only line I can speak to anyone on appears to be 794-2691!! Or you may TEXT me at 336-813-6429! The phones have rung off the hook today and I am helpless here!!! We are in and open today...and we are happy to set appts for our CLOSED days!
