I sit at and I observe a few workers in Haiti and how they operate . 1. They lack the sense of comprehension for togetherness and reasoning . its like dog eat dog every men for himself . no sense of communication . Will do anything in their power to tell on each other with hopes that the fellow employee gets fired . No successful company had succeeded on its own ! It took team work . 2. Ok great , they get fired they go home , your job will simply double because there arent hiring agencies to find the perfect employee and train in a short time . 3. Its not going to get you promoted , because you arent educated . So who really loses ? You do ! Because for a month or two the company has cut from its budget 1 payroll and as for you your job has doubled and still getting paid sweat shop factory money ! Wisen up !
