I sit here thinking of how to pay tribute to a dear friend, Ben Bunge, who left us without warning this week. About a decade ago Amanda and I had the good fortune of meeting Ben and subsequently grew a valued friendship. He connected us to his world of friends as we did him to ours. We were duplex neighbors for four years and worked the same night shift schedule spanning that time. The many great memories of working together, playing ball hockey, bowling, camping, partying, watching Habs/Bruins games, concerts are on memory repeat. The past few years saw us part ways in housing and although I didnt see Ben as much as I had in the past, he was there as an Uncle for my kids and supported Amanda when she went through trying times with Livs pre-arrival scare. Im trying to find peace in my faith that his energy is still present and I will attempt to follow the same compassionate path that he walked. https://youtube/watch?v=uA4JyAONd_I
