I sit here with tears rolling down my cheeks, wondering how to send out a positive note. With loads of thanks and love to our friends and family who have been there the past 5 weeks for the Butler family is a constant repeat, however, the news continues to knock the wind out of our sails, and the frustration is overwhelming. I watch my mom suffer everyday, but try so hard. I see the color roll out of my fathers face and wonder how much longer he can continue, and I get angry. I listen to the worry in my sibs voices and the attempt to try and keep each other going. Where to go, who to turn too, what to do now. Moms back wound is seeping again, and she has bone spurs in her hips, which will need surgery when she heals from the major back surgery. I know this is all in Gods hands and I pray everyday for some solace. We are a blessed family and we love each other very much. There are so many more trial and errors out there for people with many more worries, but we are a small family and a tired family. I ask that you take a minute and look at your loved ones and say thank you. Hold your loved one a little longer, and take a minute longer to give thanks for what you do have. I am.
