I so appreciate this womans vulnerability and willingness to share her personal story. I think the term white privilege comes across as abrasive and that it is often read as entitled racist behavior. I think this is a much better demonstration of the term. I fully appreciate that in this clip we can see her heart, and honestly, I think thats the only way to tackle the uncomfortable issues of race between us - we must be willing to show each other our hearts. Lets be real; none of us knows what were doing. This is how we need to talk to one another - with love. Its OK if we dont have the answers or we dont know what to say. When we lay down our defensiveness we are able to reach out to one another. This woman gets it, and I am specifically referring to her ability to communicate with someone else in uncharted territory... I can learn a lot from her. I think we all can. youtu.be/A89xhMV63rQ
