I so love my country and I truly grateful to have been born in - TopicsExpress

I so love my country and I truly grateful to have been born in Africa, but my fellow countrymen are testing me to the very core! Since coming back from the seminars I attended in Johburg, I have had power cuts, Internet connection problems, and now power cuts AGAIN! I phoned this morning, as I am truly now starting to lose my patience and with so much work waiting for me, and I was told that Escom has severe problems, and they have no cookin clue when this will be solved. That after five hours power cuts last night. One downloads their load shedding schedules to work around that - and finds that they dont adhere to that at all! So I am sitting and figuring out how this all serving me, as it does not help to get myself in a tizz about things way out of my control. Maybe all of this is serving me to finally kiss my country and Africa goodbye or move to the big cities again, where businesses have to work - but even they are resorting to having their own power generators? Hehe! So, I am have no option to reschedule my whole planned and diarized day, to accommodate power cuts I have no idea of when it will end, and conserve the battery on my laptop in order to be able to do my work! So, if I dont answer messages, nor mail, then please understand that this is out of my jurisdiction and control. I apologize sincerely for any inconvenience caused! (Judith Kusel)
