I so love the gentle ebb and flow of the cafe. I ways thought no , not doing a cafe, too much work but am in love with it. Also because it is about providing a welcoming and safe community space for those out there that dont quite fit other places ( I wonder why!) I also love the extra dimensions I can bring to it like the five students beginning their journey to raw food chef awesomeness on Monday and the call I had this morning from Bali for two 45 minute talks on why you should consider raw food. But its that gentle flow of the cafe I come back to, that connection with people coming in, seeing the pleasure they get when presented with a plate of beautiful raw food goodness. Just love it is all!
