I somehow knew I would not manage the gratitude challenge through all the seven days! I did day one and here I am doing day seven, which I believe is the last day all together! 1. I am thankful for my BFF Faith Annette Munyole. This lady has practically been my backbone! Whenever she is more than 3km away from me I feel like dropping dead! She is never in the showbiz yet she has all my secrets at the palm of her hand! She has all my passwords and she knows my life inside out! The first time we met in campus, she, together with another BFF hooligan Gladys Nyambura Njoka literally took off from me claiming mimi ni mshamba! Just coz tulikuwa freshers and I had reported to campus in short hair, very loooong skirt and a tshirt written Rainbow Alliance! They ran so fast away from me they almost broke their legs running from 4th floor of the hostel to the ground floor! I later approached them and joined their clique by force! Ever since, we have been inseparable! If I die today, ask Faith anything that you would have wanted to ask me in my life! She also knows that when I die, I want to be buried facing the Central Bank of Kenya, it’s the only chance I have to face millions and not be able to touch or spend it. 2. I am thankful for my brother in law Samuel Mwanga Smith for marrying my sister Maureen Anne Itindi !! Haki huyo sijui tungepeleka wapi kama hungemuoa, si ako na kiherehere kama yangu! I am sure all my sisters and brothers will also thank whoever will marry me, atakuwa amewatolea kiherehere imebaki kwa boma! For now, they all have to cope with me, bado sibanduki ngo! Na nisipofaulu kubanduka, hapo ndio nitasimamisha nyumba yangu! Nipate tunangangania shamba!! 3. I am thankful for my brothers Itindi Edward Jr., Timothy Itindi and that other one, Tottie who has decided to deactivate his fb account!!! Msela bwana weeeee, you guys have kept a clean sheet!! Aisee, I have been scrolling the Dead beat group with one eye closed! 55K members now and still you haven’t been mentioned! Enyewe my parents brought up men and not boys!! Kudos! Keep it locked! 4. Finally, I am thankful to you my future husband for………………………………wait a minute……………. if you are reading this you should not even be thanked!!! My 30th Birthday is beckoning na wewe umekaa tu hapo unafacebook! Watoto wangu wataniita mama au nyanya? I swear wherever you are UNANIBO na UNANIUDHI! Ni tarumbeta unangoja ama parapanda? May you lack happiness until the day you find me! May you get stuck in traffic and get home too late and tired to even cook, then sleep hungry! May you cry yourself to sleep each night......no forget that part, I dont want a crying husband. Tumbaff!! Kuja unikatie haraka!!!
