I somehow managed to text everyone this morning then fall back asleep. I thought about making today a rest day but what type of an example would I be setting for my coaches and customers? For my kids? Hell, for the dog. Accountability is what keeps me going on days that I do not want to do it. Feeling like crap, tired, moody, that pushed me to get it done even more. Yes, I modify. No, its not easier. We are all different and all start somewhere. My tricep pushups are less than mediocre but in 60 days Ill be knocking those and beast pose with a kick out of the park. #justsayin #accountability #onedayatatime #strongereveryday
