Ive come across so many people who either have either have no critical nor rational basis for their beliefs, try to follow teachings which massively contradict one and another or follow something which unnatural to the human body; psychologically, physiologically and socially. All thanks and praises to Allah for Islam; for a religion which instructs you to be critical objective thinkers. A religion which instructs you to reflect. A religion that is compatible with the mind, the body and the soul.
