I spend a lot of time sanding. I love the time/space shared with the pieces and find it meditative in nature. Hours in the garden, finishing the edges, polishing the faces, sanding the bases so each piece will feel smooth and soft on your skin. Sometimes, when I am working for 6, 8, or the occasional 10 hour day, I will watch or listen to various activating videos. Anything from orgone science, Ram Dass, Alan Watts, Pyramid codes, Grounding, Tesla Technology...I could really go on for a while considering its been two years and what has to be close to 1000 pieces sanded and polished. So...I found this amazing Ted Talk last week, and got inspired to start sharing my favorite videos!
