I spent a good deal of this morning, playing hide and seek with this coyote. Nothing delights me more, than finding a great looking animal in the wilderness and getting a shot off with my camera. I experience the thrill of the hunt...and everybody goes home unhurt. I understand those who hunt and their reasons for the sport...however, there is just something about it that does not feel right with me. I guess that its just me getting to feel that I know the animals personally...which in the case of the animals of Presque Isle, I do know them...and I believe they know me. As long as hunting at Presque Isle keeps going on, which Im sure it will...I will have to accept the fact that some of my animal pals will be killed. I guess I can accept that...but I will never get used to it. 11/11/2014.
