I spent a good part of the early morning with my baby and his baby and bride in the ER. And thankfully he is going to be better than good, all the glory to God. Now I would have been sleeping at 4 AM had it not been for that. SEE Tj Prettyboy Henderson, Leah Henderson and Karen Henderson, God works in marvelous and mysterious ways. When I got home I was singing, switched over laundry and decided to check messages. One stood out. A man who sent a message letting me know he was done, the pain was too great and he was ending it. I called him and we talked for sometime and prayed. He shared with me his plan, laid out to end his own life, but now he is renewed in his mind and accepted Christ as Lord. I was blessed to share the Good News of Great Joy. I gave him the info to see a powerful man of God give his testimony, our Jcreek Mens Leader, and will follow up with a local pastor. Dear fb friends and family, if you see someone and they smile but in it there is great sorrow, if the pain and hurt pours through their gaze its probably true. May we boldly touch others with His love. A season that brings great joy also acts as a catalyst to those in pain, depression and despair as they see their misery in stark comparison. The good news is I serve a God who is bigger and over 2000 years ago Jesus provided for their salvation. If you are hurting and feel hopeless that is a lie. You have a God who loves you fiercely and passionately and He will heal your wounds and hurt, heart, mind, body, soul and spirit. BELIEVE IT, RECEIVE IT and LIVE IT.
