I spent about 90 minutes at Real Performance gym in Cleburne today, getting a thorough introduction to the equipment and tools available for my use along with instructions how and why to use them The coach was excellent....and patient. I was shown thoroughly enough that Im sore. A good thing, I believe. I will be a regular out there doing the exercises he showed us as well as using the nice indoor pool. I should have done this earlier....particularly since the basic monthly membership fee ($39) is covered by my Medicare supplemental coverage. It might not be a bad idea for others of us to consider...with this or perhaps another gym.
