I spent most of my morning with Liberias foremost public servant, Mary T. Broh at her office. She worked while she talked to me about the challenges of her job, yelling instructions, getting the job done by getting critical ebola supplies, such as food, cleaning fluids, brooms, and other necessities to quarantined individuals. Absolutely impressive in how the logistics of the distribution is accomplished by this very cheerful but tough woman. If Liberia had ten trusted and hard working men and women like Madam Broh in any government, Liberia would be a totally different country. She did not care about my personal politics, my criticisms against the administration or my cantankerous old man emotional state. She put me in my place during the whole visit. She never skipped a beat in letting me know she did not give a damn about my personal views. I was absolutely impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms at the GSA: spotless, hygienic and totally comfortable. These are the cleanest bathrooms in this country. Even the general employee bathrooms are spotless and very hygienic. Not even the high brow hotels in the city have bathrooms this clean and spotless. This is how you contribute to your country. And so it goes
