I spent most of the morning attending the memorial service for the 3 police officers who lost their lives when their helicopter crashed in the Okavango. We aught to all pause and salute the 3 officers who died in the line of duty. Each day they put on their uniform to make sure that you and I are safe. They knew that they risked their own lives each time they went on an operation, but went out non the less as they knew that their duty demands for them to risk their own lives so that the larger society will be secure in the knowledge that criminal activities will no go unchecked. I pray that the Almighty will comfort their friends and relatives and accord the departed souls everlasting peace. Lets all remember them in our prayers as they will be laid to rest over the coming weekend.
