I spent my Sunday rest day talking to PLDT MyDSL tech support.... what an awesome experience talking to well trained personnel. Amazing, after 1 decade of me subscribing to their service. And they actually confirmed this.... They still keep on dropping my net speed to 2mbps everytime they have a problem. Because yan kase sir ang naka lagay dito sa record.... Amazing, 3k/month for 10 years and they still think Im on a 2mbps plan? AMAZING! They called me back late night to again assess the situation.... and finally accepted the fact that my plan is NOT 2mbps... zzzzzz. A simple check of the payment records and corresponding DSL plans they have would have saved me all those hours of explaining to them. Makes me wonder, do they really train these people? Or train them as robots? Just to base everything on whats on the record and not having common sense. I was in a good mood.... so I kept my calm and talked them through in the calmest way possible. Although inside my gut is already telling me otherwise. So back to normal..... fingers crossed! And wow, my PLDT DSL is a decade old!! hahahaha.
