I spent my last day of 2014 in very much pain. I was struck in the rear end of my motorcycle while I was slowing down to make a right hand turn on a side street on a major street artery in broad day light on a very clear day. The sport utility vechicle struck me from behind because it was following to close. When I was slowing to turn it struck me when my right hand turn signal was already on. The force of the hit knocked the hands of my handle bars and I fell on the street on my left side on the road way facing east. The motorcycle ended up on its right side with extensive damage to the rear end of my motorcycle below the back facing rack and the sissy bar and the rider seat. The front end of the motorcycle was ok. Thank the lord I wasnt maimed or killed! The Lord is my pilot! When I got of the ground I turned down Help from the medical crews that came after because I wasnt hurting very bad. I upright my motorcycle and pushed it wreaked down the side street 2 and one blocks to my home and parked it outside. I then I had alot of pain come on me because of a whip lash and other injuries that I received in the accident. I later on in the day and I got treated for my injuries. I was in the emergency room overnight till the first day of the new year. I was discharged at 10am in Thuraday. The pain is goind down with time and non narcodic pain killers.
