I spent the day on the set of The Big Bang Theory today, shooting a cameo, playing myself, as a professor in the CalTech cafeteria. On the way to the soundstage, I recognized that I was walking past the bell tower used in Back To The Future, the pagoda from Groundhog Day where the mayor makes his speech, and several other iconic sets. We did three takes, thankfully not because of me messing up (at least thats the story they gave me). Im in the opening scene of the episode that will air in two weeks, a scene with Leonard, Sheldon, Raj and Howard. A really interesting experience. Those actors work hard and earn every penny (or Penny) they get.
