I spent the last three days with my grand daughters!!! We went to the Zoo & went into the reptile house, had that dip n dot ice cream while engaging with the zebras, & ate a picnic lunch in the quiet spot after watching the primates play in their exhibit!!! After a visit with the Hyacinth Macaws, we hit the trading post and headed home. Did I tell you that last week, we all conquered our fear of heights and braved the steadily rising wind & went up in the Zoo Balloon?!?! We had also fed the Lorikeets after visiting the aviary, & ate lunch with Tigers!!! Next time, we will visit the red pandas and river otters!!! I also wrote a message to send in a bottle and colored a mermaid with Pali, & made a Mandala with Paige. I had both girls asleep with the sounds of Philip Wesley yesterday within fifteen minutes, so they would be refreshed for their busy evening. Yep. I still got it!!! Slept in my bed last night. Neck feeling ok when I got up. Pain creepin in again Gonna have to hit the analgesic a little harder......(wink) Enjoy Your Day & ROCK IT!!! I may be headed up to the lake this week. Still have to talk to Steve And see where I am at with some other obligations, but it would be nice to disconnect & get back to nature got a couple of balls in the air & for the first time in a while I have multiple items on the plate & Ive been cleared for exercise Up to two miles a day within two weeks No weights just yet
