I spent the morning with a friend who is having her house renovated. It has been a long process for her, but the major things are being installed this week enabling her to visualize the finished project. We were discussing how nice it will be to have the lighting installed tomorrow. Without even thinking, I said something like, Everything is better when the light comes after it being dark for so long. After I said it, I realized just how true that statement was. No matter how dark things can get, it doesnt take much light to make things better. Tonights Italian lesson is about light.
