I spent the whole afternoon cleaning the house: vacuuming, washing the floors with Mop and Glow, the dreaded dusting. Ruby & Gus spent most of the time outside, unhappy about being outside, barking, trying to get in. I blocked the living room by closing one door and putting a chair in front of the other doorway. That was the last room with the floor that needed to dry. RT had access to every other room in the house. Where did she end up after she ate her dinner? The room with the wet floor. She squeezed yourself between the chair & a wall so that she could go in there & stand. My end of the conversation (when I discovered her) went something like this: Ruby Tuesday, get out of there, right now! Shes now running around the rest of the house with proofs of hair and dandruff and dirt coming off of her everywhere (or so it seems to me). And this is why I do not like cleaning my house. Its futile and its stupid.
