I spent the whole afternoon looking at these pictures and cannot help thinking what all the members of your community would say when the time comes to witness the day when all your efforts put into the work youve done in Norway, as a community, finally gets published in the Newspapers ad planned so that you will all see that all the gifts are donated to the right people in The Gambia. These pictures and your message saddened me Ndey Jobarteh. I was heart broken when I heard people crying in the background today when we spoke. These photos will always make us relive the good moments when you all braced the cokd to do what you did for our country and for our people. Her humility you all talked about made us feel very hopeful and her numerous trips to get us a free deal to freight the Ebola stuff. She died in the service of a community she loved so very dearly because even those who do not know her are shocked hearing her sudden demise. She was in the middle of the campaign we launched with Norway doing all their best to get a container shipped with all types of goods. Ndey Jobarteh Neneh Bojang AduMo Njie Maimuna Sey Kejau Touray Aja Mariam Khan Saihou Omar Njie Yata Sarr, we join you in prayer and all the Team in the Diaspora that had campaigned on #EbolaFreeGambia. Please accept our heartfelt condolences. We pray that Allah grant Sister/Aunty Amie Joof and Sister Yandeh Njie the highest of Jannaful Firdausi. May Allah place them in His most beautiful gardens in heaven. May Your souls Rest In Perfect Peace. May we live to learn to understand the meaning of your path Amie Joof and embrace it as our Promenade. Because sometimes, it is about living to do what Allah has guided us to be here for. Rest In Peace. So sorry for your loss, the whole Oslo community. We mourn with you. Jaalleh nennou lenn. Maassa wor nennou lenn. :(
