I spent this afternoon shadowing 15 month old Logan at Lollipops. Its a kid play centre franchise. Its where you take kids after a term of imprisoning them in school where they have to sit still, be quiet, and learn about monotremes, Venn diagrams, the GDP of Bolivia, and why giraffes work better with four legs. In the holidays, you take kids to a indoor play centre of finite area, and ask them to both run wild and play nicely. The only foods and drinks available are junk. It was like being in a prison exercise yard when the guards have gone off for smoko. Screaming, violence, unleashed energy and aggression. I expected a knifing any second and for Chopper Read to demand my grandson join the Overcoat gang.
