I spent two hours on top of Tunnel Mountain with Tyler this morning to catch the sunrise. In this two hours we: -saw constellations in the crystal clear black night sky -basked in the immaculate silence of a world still asleep, muted further by the snow and forested isolation -viewed spectacular optical illusions created by the mountains looming with the glow of dawn -watched as the rays of light from the sun fill the skies with deep, bright blue painted with pink-orange miasma clouds -did dozens of sprints in the snow to prevent our toes from getting frostbite in the -28° air while we waited for the daystar to show itself from behind Rundle We were marveling and in wonder of a ton this morning, and Ty told me that the three best ways to start your day, according to his personal mentors and role models are either reading, fitness, or spending time in nature... After a week of doing all of the above, Im going to add good vibes with your good friends to that list Thanks for the spectacular morning dude!
