I spoke to 2 people in the past few hours who expressed genuine concern for me about those (new folks) who have entered my life; which prompted me to sit back, do some observing naturally & spiritually, and some soul searching and determine if these things be of God. (as a 5 Fold leader, its always necessary to have a Nathan, a Naomi, an Elijah etc in your camp): I dont want to be the type of person who waits until they see all kinds of good stuff going on in someones life, family, ministry etc, then they come running on 2 toenails; trying to be friends, comrades, allies and buddies...They are ready to give you the shirt off their back, do EVERYTHING for you...but when you needed them as you struggled, cried, prayed...they were nowhere in sight; while they chased after the big name to fame, the one hit wonder that came along before God elevated you. Body of Christ...use discernment in these last days...there are some people who will be in the AMEN CORNER, on your side, as long as you are what they want to hear, doing what they want you to do...Dont allow money, fame, promises or compromise to cloud your discernment & the wisdom that God freely gives...People can change like the wind...While people are patting you on your back, they are stabbing someone else in theirs... In this walk, jealous and debating spirits will abound, gathering like bees to honey; accusations of being judgmental will raise its head against you, while the truth is that THEY WERE CONVICTED and couldnt admit it. Finally, there will arise in your atmosphere; many, many DOUBTING THOMASES, DENYING PETERS, and BETRAYING JUDASES that will grab the hem of your garment, and attempt to tag-a-long, clinging to your every prayer and prophecy, while running to others with negativity. If and when you encounter them, shake the dust off, trample that spirit under your feet, and pray for them; while you keep moving forward in the kingdom. GUARD YOUR INNER CIRCLE (12 can quickly decrease to 2 when you take a stand for holiness), GUARD YOUR HEART, GUARD YOUR ANOINTING Let nothing hinder you. Consider the words of the Apostle Paul: Acts 20: 18 And when they were come to him, he said unto them, Ye know, from the first day that I came into Asia, after what manner I have been with you at all seasons, 19 Serving the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations, which befell me by the lying in wait of the Jews: 20 And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have showed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house, 22 And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there: 23 Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me. 24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
