And she told me over the phone Often times, A person will blame the company for its failure not to generate income for them, rather than the people in their team So Then It HITS ME like a ton of lego bricks. Its NOT the companies fault youre not making money, Its Yours for NOT Training your team or showing them the tutorial and training videos, and for your team NOT receiving training( nor willing to learn) how to be a leader.
