I started Edison in 1960. 1st grade! I remember Mrs. Heron my 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Leighty, third grade, Mr Cook, who liked to put on the a World Series, and Mr. White! I was a walker. I also remember th Health-o and the sickly groups. If you ate all your lunch you were on the healthy -O list and you got a Hershey bar and if not you had to put you head down during recess or something. Those were the days!
