I started Plexus June 1 2014. I previously was prescribed Ritalin for 24 years for ADHD. I also was prescribed Amitriptyline for migraines. I am happy to say that I have been taking Plexus for 2 months. I am now off both prescriptions. I sleep better, I have tons more energy and I feel great everyday!!!! I still have a long way to go on my Plexus journey, but I am grateful for the results I am seeing so far!!!! ~~Yolanda U.
