I started out on Plexus with my A1C above 7, my Triglycerides were at 9,000 (no I didnt have a typo it was 9,000), Cholesterol was so high it couldnt be read from my lab work, I was in a tight size 16 and I am now comfortable in a size 10 but sometimes a size 8 depending on clothes, Since being on Plexus for almost 6 months now I have lost a total of 18lbs, My Endocrinologist has taken me off of not 1 but 4 prescriptions for Diabetes, IBS, Anxiety and Acid Reflux! I go back in September and he is hoping with the way my progress has been these past almost 6 months he can take me off the prescriptions for my Triglycerides and Cholesterol as well! All of my labs are hitting healthy levels to say the least, I have more energy and no desire to sit and snack anymore!
