I started training about 8 months ago and my starting weight was 75kgs! I have finally reached my goal weight of 60kgs! In this time I have gained so much more confidence, positive and more self esteem! I also no long need medication for depression for the last 5 month. The part I am loving the most about train is the weights. I have a PB deadlift of 115kgs, PB back squat of 100kgs, PB bench press of 60kgs! I couldnt imagine my life without training now! I am enjoy life more and such a more happier person! I cant thank Jackson enough for helping me change my life, not just physically but mentally! You are an amazing trainer and couldnt of done it with all your help! Thank you so much for pushing me when I thought I couldnt keep going! I am looking forward to seeing what the future now holds for me!
