I started using Plexus on Monday. I have already lost lbs but Im not going to tell you how much yet. I want to make sure its real. :o) I do want to tell you something else significant. God created your body very intricately and there is a reason for everything. Your Kidneys deposit toxins from you body and the more toxins you have or the amount of flushing they do, determines the color and smell of your urine. Therefore, if youre dehydrated or if you have waited all night to urinate, its darker and stronger in smell. Mine this morning was almost clear, compared to the amount of water in the bowl. I am drinking more water then ever before because I crave it. Yesterday I drank 10 8oz plus. Yep you heard me right....80 oz and more in one day. I also gave up my diet Mt Dew, which I have done before but wasnt successful to continue because I couldnt hardly stand the headache I got. That has not been the case this time, with Plexus. Looking forward to sharing the pounds I lost soon.
