I stayed up late to watch this Film last night. Directed by Clint Eastwood, adapted from the Book by Chris Kyle. Bradley Cooper plays Navy Seal Kyle, a Sniper credited with saving Thousands of Lives whilst serving over four tours of Duty in Iraq. Cooper is never less than Brilliant in this Role, with his dedication to fight for his Country, his love for his Family, tortured when both worlds collide. He is aided in this by a Magnificent performance by Sienna Miler as his alienated wife. Chris Kyle managed to find himself again when I returned home to his Wife and Children, only to Die whilst he was helping another Serviceman to find the way back. An American Hero. Clint Eastwood brings to this Story a sure and deft hand, never overdone, sketched in with a feather, allowing the Story to tell itself. An Astonishing Film. Highly Recommended.
