I still dont know how matatu drivers especially wa nganyas on route 45 (commercial to KU) would juggle between the steering wheel, some njugu karanga tucked somewhere only Kanyari would reach; sip a soda, reach to some veve/muguka on dashboard; shout to the conductor to get some more abiria; give change for Ksh1,000 to the conductor, change the gear to number 4 while at the same time staring at the legs of the skimpily dressed girl(s) on the front seat; beckon to the driver of another matatu heading the opposite direction on any available police check points; tune the music system and/or change the disc playing; and still have a conversation with MxM seated behind the drivers seat. Matatu drivers are an embodiment of what multi tasking is all about and I salute them. By the way what happened to Matatus like Buju, Bling Bling, Bombshell, Darren Fletcher, Nelson Mandela etc?
