I still have to see The imitation Game, The Gambler, A Most ViolentYear and Inherent VIce, but i HAVE seen about 150 movies this year (im a critic) The only one i missed that is likely to knock my socks off is Imitation..Ill see those next couple weeks so i can use them in awards season guessing So my top 10 are: 1) Nightcrawler 2) Cheap Thrills (obscure, insanely dark comedy - do NOT watch if squeamish or easily offended, but holy mackerel, see it otherwise). 3) Whiplash 4) Grand Budapest Hotel 5) Begin Again 6) St Vincent 7) American Sniper 8) Birdman 9) The Theory of Everythingn 10)THe Interview (scores extra points for me for having major cojones and being a rare movie that truly attacked evil in a daring way Hate us because they aint us...:P)
