I still havent mastered this move, but I wanted to share it because I know its something we can ALL work up to! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Begin in downward dog. Lift one leg up into a downward dog split with an open hip (shoulders squared & belly button facing the wall). Lower down into plank, bringing your knee to your elbow, straighten your leg, bend your knee again, & returning up to downward dog split.
