I stopped drinking coffee during the weekdays for a few months now, having tea instead. I was thinking it could hopefully make my sleep patterns better and more reliable. It kind of worked, but coffee is amazing. Why would I deprive myself of something that makes my whole life better with little to no negative repercussions? What I should be focusing on is how to minimize stress and appreciate the little things, like having a nice balanced roast with good conversation to start my day, instead of micromanaging every part of my life trying to make it more efficient.
