I studied Master in Public Administration in 1999. I intentionally decided not to finish my thesis, equivalent to 6 units, because MPA framework goes with privatization of supposed state primary services such as health, education, and the like. If public services that are supposed to be provided by the govt becomes private through PPP scheme, it becomes now a big business enterprise accumulating huge profits for big comprador bourgeosie class. I would rather, and has actually an option, to serve a revolutionary govt being built in the countryside.
