I submitted four photographs to Cynthia Gerdes - the owner of Hells Kitchen in Minneapolis. Her final response to my last email last night was, Your photographs are truly amazing! Always a good feeling to hear or see these words. Im excited about this opportunity because once again countless people will be able to view how beautiful Ojibwe culture is and learn something that they hadnt known before. Cynthia said that there will be explanations (constructed by the those who submitted) by the photographs so that there will be intercultural understanding that goes along with the images and objects.
