I suffer from Cronic Fatigue Syndrome, and rheumatoid arthritis. I just recently changed my diet to include magnesium rich foods such as adding brazil nuts, cashews, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Ive been eating salads with avocado and raisins and spinach as well. And I always have coffee which has magnesium in it. Ive been eating these foods for about a week now and Ive noticed such a big change in my pain level, I had to share. I still feel a dull pain every so often, but not nearly as bad. Its definitely livable. Its amazing what magnesium can do.
