I suppose its time to go ahead and share my struggle of the last 6 weeks. I have had internal bleeding by the bucket during this time period. In just one week had my hemoglobin drop from 14 to 8. My lungs have filled with fluid, its as if Im suffocating and my energy level has been reduced to not being able to walk from the bedroom to the den. My dialysis doctors and nurses estimate I need 5 units of blood. Ill look into tomorrow. Ive postponed my trip to Chicago. My heart rate is between 115 and 135. My dry weight is 90, I went in today and weighed in at 102.2. They ended up taking right at 15 pounds of fluid off me. Think Ill chill tonight...
