I suppose that almost every year as we draw closer to a new year I tend to look back and examine things. The year 2015 will mark 15 years since I graduated high school. Im thinking back to the year 2000 (Y2K)...if I were looking ahead 15 years then what would I have pictured my life would be like in 2015? First, I would have assumed that I would be married and have a family. Sadly that is way off. I would have thought I would be a much more mature Christian than what I am. I would have expected to be much stronger in my faith. I will admit that I am often my harshest critic, but will we not all stand before the Lord someday? What will He say about how I have used these past 15 years? However, I also know that each new year (should we be allowed to see it) brings with it new opportunites. His mercy and grace allow us to keep trying after we fall and fail. Be blessed brothers and sisters in Christ...
