I sure learn something new everytime I watch his clips.............we have never felt better physically than when we stopped eating pre packed food from stores.............I bought some organic cacao powder on Amazon and made chocolate and that tastes like pure heaven, yep like he says I doubt if they use any cacao in chocolate. Lot of parents complain my child doesnt eat any fruits, its because their taste buds have become used to harmful chemicals and they cannot taste the natural flavors, it isnt their fault.............took us a while but one product at a time we just stopped buying and making our own from fresh ingredients.
