I survived Sharkando aka Endometriosis attack in my belly over New Years Eve and New Years day. Thank God!!! I feel like I am on the up. FINGERS CROSSED!!! Pain meds cause major havoc to my already delicate digestive system. I must have an Endometrial mass on my stomach and I ate or consumed something that irritated the mass and sending me into a vomit spell. Ovarian cysts on top of this sending me into more spells from the hours of 7:00am-9:00am when I begin to ovulate. The spells are hard to shake and I threw up from 7:00am to 2:00pm. Twos day in a row! Pain meds just added fuel to the fire and why I am a firm believer in acupuncture and abdominal massage. The bottle will not be consumed!!! The New Year would have sucked, but I had loving support. The most I have had in a long time. I felt no guilt or shame for my circumstances because they all wanted to truly help. I cry as I write this for the extreme gratitude I have for my family. My husband!! My husband!! Love you all!
